Start with the symptom
Damaged HDMI port
Tell us if the cable or console was dropped or the connector appears bent. A technician can inspect the port and discuss repair.
Other console issues
We also work on Xbox and Nintendo Switch issues. Call with your console model and symptoms to discuss the right next step.
Before bringing your console
If safe, check a known-working HDMI cable and another TV input first. Avoid forcing a cable into a visibly damaged port. Call your closest store with the PS5 model and symptoms; price and turnaround are confirmed after assessment.
